Sure, everyone is quick to mention all the legendary Serie A players active well into their late 30s. But the Italian league continues to produce wonderfully talented players. Some of them will certainly continue to achieve great things.

Perhaps it is this form that is keeping him out of the starting XI. However, coach Gian Piero Gasperini has a long history of working with talented young players and the 21-year-old from Ghana could be a future star.
