Jonathan David (OSC Lille)

Jonathan David has been touted as “the next great striker” for some time now. It’s true that the Canadian had impressive moments and some false starts. However, 2024 was the closest thing David could ever achieve.

David has scored 11 goals and is joint top scorer. This has helped Lille flirt with the top spots in Ligue 1. And if rumors are to be believed, the Canadian fantasy football sensation is also on the radar of teams like West Ham and Manchester United.

Evann Guessand (OGC Nice)

Evann Guessand is one of the least known players on this list. But the striker is also one of the players with the greatest potential.

OGC Nice has established itself in recent years as one of the fastest growing French clubs with one of the best recruitment policies. Guassand certainly helps prove this. The young striker has scored eight goals and provided four assists so far.

Guassand is one of the best fantasy football forwards for 2025 and a player to definitely watch out for in the coming seasons.

Bradley Barcola (Paris Saint Germain)

Bradley Barcola is French football’s great young hope. He has been seen this way for some time. It’s easy to get crushed under this pressure.

In 2024, Barcola finally emerged as one of PSG’s established starting players and even a potential leader. Barcola has scored 10 goals for the Parisians in all competitions.

And although Barcola has a long journey to go before reaching his full potential, he was clearly one of Ligue 1’s best fantasy football players in 2024.
